Think Outside The Box 📦
In today's day & age, everyone has an arsenal of information at the click of a search button & most of the time we all have the same resources/search results that we're learning from. If you want to stand out and be known you have to find ways to do things differently from your competitors, peers, colleagues, etc.! This requires "thinking outside the box."
How to think outside the box:
1. Define the problem
The first step to thinking outside the box is to clearly define the problem that you are trying to solve. What are the specific goals that you are hoping to achieve? What are the constraints that you are working within? Once you have a clear understanding of the problem, you can start to brainstorm potential solutions.
2. Brainstorm potential solutions
The next step is to brainstorm a list of potential solutions to the problem. Don't worry about whether or not the solutions are practical or possible, just let your mind run wild. The goal at this stage is simply to generate as many ideas as possible.
3. Evaluate the feasibility of each solution
Once you've generated a list of potential solutions, it's time to start evaluating their feasibility. Are any of the solutions realistic? Which ones would be most practical to implement? Keep in mind the constraints you're working within and try to find creative ways to overcome them.
4. Choose the best solution and implement it
Once you've evaluated all of the potential solutions, it's time to choose the best one and implement it. This may require some trial and error, but eventually, you'll find a solution that works best for your situation. Be prepared to adapt and change course as needed along the way.
5. Step outside your comfort zone
Finally, remember that thinking outside the box often requires stepping outside your comfort zone. If you're stuck in a rut, try doing something completely different from what you're used to. This can be anything from taking a new route to work, to trying a new type of food. By breaking out of your routine, you'll open yourself up to new possibilities and new ways of thinking.

Fastic
I want to share a different type of tool this week. A fasting app!
Fasting can have many benefits. Some people fast to lose weight or for religious reasons. Others fast to cleanse their bodies or to give their digestive system a break. Fasting can also help improve your mental clarity and focus. I've been doing it on and off for a while and wanted to share the app I use to help me stay on track: Fastic. Check it out!
