Before I start, I'd like to send a HUGE THANK YOU 🙏 to all the Veterans who selflessly serve(d) so we can enjoy the freedom, comforts & luxuries of living in this great nation of the USA🇺🇸!
Continuing on this theme of selfless service, the topic for this week is gratitude & faith!
What does gratitude
mean?
Gratitude means being thankful for the good things in our lives. It's about taking a moment to notice and appreciate the things we often take for granted, like having a place to live, food, clean water, friends, family, or even internet access.
It is a state of being in which you are always positive and everyone and everything around is in harmony with you! Even if someone makes you angry/mad, there's a reason behind it, and if you look for the positive in it and just be thankful for that incident/lesson, you'll be a much happier person! Try it!
You should also be thankful for the little things in life because remember life is like lego blocks. Every little experience will keep adding to a much more bigger and profound experience of life!
Just start by saying thank you to everyone you come across, even if they do something wrong to you. Also, write thank you notes to people! (Or maybe posts/messages on social media!)
Long story short, if you keep telling yourself nothing good happens to you then really NOTHING good will happen. But if you just start appreciating everything that happens to you, then eventually you'll start seeing the good in everything and good things will happen to you! Just be thankful & appreciative for everything!

What does faith
mean?
In the simplest terms, it means believing in the not-yet seen or not-yet experienced and believing in YOURSELF. You know how people take the "leap of faith," it just means they are going to take a risk or chance and don't know what the end result will be.
Whenever you set out on a road trip to a place you've never been and you ask Google Maps for directions, you are essentially placing your faith in the GPS that it will take you to the right place. Just like that, you have to have FAITH in everything and everyone that you come across in life.
Why is faith important? It helps you get unstuck in life and helps you grow both professionally and personally!
So how are being grateful and having faith related?
When you are grateful, it strengthens your faith. This means that you will start to see all of the good things around you. Gratitude is a happy force that makes you believe that everything will work out in the end. If you are a happy person & have a positive outlook, then everything/everyone around you is HAPPY & POSITIVE!
Be thankful for everything & have faith in yourself and others and you'll open yourself up to unlimited opportunities in life!
